The Manufacturing segment produces and sells adhesive materials. The Industrial Estate segment leases and sells industrial estate land, sales of electricity, and other related services to tenants of the estate. The company is also involved in coal trading and mining; domestic shipping; installation, construction, operation, and generation of electric power; industrial estate operations and supporting facilities; and trading and distribution of lubricants. The company was formerly known as PT Aneka Kimia Raya Tbk and changed its name to PT AKR Corporindo Tbk in September 2004. The company was incorporated in 1977 and is headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk operates as a subsidiary of PT Arthakencana Rayatama.
